Dr. Smith is the most
erudite of the
CHOA
physicians (most of the
others don’t know what that word means). He is a Civil War historian,
bird watcher, lover of art history and an expert in northern Italian
cooking. He is an accomplished mountaineer, has climbed most of the
Colorado 14’ers and summitted Mt. Kilimanjaro in 2003. He has
founded a pediatric clinic for homeless children and is currently working
with the Tanzanian government to establish a pediatric oncology program
there. He also enjoys spending time with his wife and three “fish” (children
who swim). < Previous
